Care to Brrr Cold Water Swim
Join us for a dip to raise money for GLOW. Bring your friends and family to join you in raising money or support you at Helen’s Bay (Just 10 minute drive from Belfast City Centre) – If you don’t drive, we can arrange a shuttle bus from GLOW

How to get involved?
Step One– Register by clicking here or icon below via Google Form,
Step Two– Start Fundraising! We have created a Just Giving Fundraising page, sign in below (pink bar at bottom and top of page) and start your own fundraising page. Of course, cash donations are great too! We will send you a GLOW Sponsorship Form. Minimum Fund-raising is £50 and you will receive a very limited edition Self Care Club Sea Dip T-Shirt to wear after your swim or raise over £100 and receive a very limited edition Self Care Club Sea Dip Sweatshirt, both of which will be printed by our social Enterprise You Glow Girl NI.
On the Day:
Meeting at Helen’s Bay 10 am- we will create a meeting point closer to the time, but you won’t miss us!
Strip off and brave the water together at 10:30 am
Receive your T-Shirt or Sweatshirt after your swim to change into and keep cosy!

What to Bring: Warm cosy clothes and lots of layers, bear in mind these clothes must be easy to change into after a swim, towels, swimming clothes (you can choose what you would like to swim in, we recommend a wetsuit and wet shoes) some snacks to keep your energy up, feel free to bring some beach chairs and tables if you wish.
Come alone or feel free to bring your furry friends and other humans to come along and support you. (please note if you bring dogs please make sure someone can mind them while you swim).
