GLOW have been supporting women and girls within North West Belfast since 2011. We have many success stories of positive impact change. Now is the time to bring GLOW out partner with you to work together create change within your community.

GLOW Inside Out is a support programme can be tailored to suit your group needs. From personal development, healthy living goal setting, this long- term programme will see lasting change and create a community of peer support.

We can offer a range of accredited and non-accredited programmes to the women and girls you support that will help to build their confidence, self- esteem and over all well-being to not only support the individual but make a difference with your organisation.

A personal development programme for women aged 18+. This programme uses Life Coaching and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools techniques that will empower women to improve their mental well-being.

This is a 12 session programme broken down into two parts at 6 weeks each. The programme can be delivered over 6 sessions or 12 sessions.

A personal development programme for girls ages 11-14, co-designed with and for girls to address relative issues. LILY promotes positive mental health well- being as they discover who they are and where they fit in. This programme will give the girls life skills to help them develop their confidence and self-esteem while building resilience and peer support.

OCN Level 2 Award in Mentoring

A fully accredited course for volunteers or anyone in a mentoring role. This
course covers the key mentoring skills & techniques as well as helping to set
boundaries and developing a referral process.

OCN Level 1 Setting & Achieving Personal Goals

A fully accredited course for women who want to take the next step of setting
achievable goals. This course covers discovering personal attributes and
developing these skills, know how to set and achieve personal goals for
